You know how to use an airbrush.

Now learn how to get more from it.

INTERMEDIATE AIRBRUSHING
Wednesday, September 23 | 6–9 PM
$100 per person

Our next hands-on airbrushing workshop is for model builders who have the basics down but want more control, more options and better results.

We're not going to spend three hours teaching a collection of complicated techniques.

Instead, we're going to dig into the things that make ALL of those techniques possible.

How do air pressure, paint flow, distance and movement work together?

Is there really a “correct” thinning ratio?

How should primers and clear coats be sprayed differently from colour coats?

How can thinner paint and greater control give you better coverage, gradients, pre- and post-shading?

And when you get spidering, overspray, grainy paint or a rough finish—how do you figure out WHY?

The goal isn't to give you settings to memorize.

It's to help you understand your airbrush well enough to make those decisions yourself.

We'll cover:

• Airbrush control
• Thinning ratios, reducers and flow improvers
• Primers, colour and clear coats
• Thin layers and controlled coverage
• Pre- and post-shading
• Gradients and transitions
• Masking and edge control
• Troubleshooting common problems

Some previous airbrushing experience is recommended, but you DO NOT need to have taken our Introduction to Airbrushing class.

Space is limited.
