Shipping policy

Shipping costs and methods: We charge the buyer the actual shipping costs that the shipper charges. Any over payment is refunded. We primarily use UPS as our shipper and only use Canada Post for customers who have PO Boxes. If you need/prefer your package shipped by Canada Post please email us that fact before we process your order.

Delivery times: varies depending where located. You can receive your items within a few days or within a week or so, again depending on location. ( Also see handling time )

Shipping restrictions: We sadly do not ship outside of North America. International track able shipping rates are way to expensive currently.

Handling time: The day your items are purchased goes into our shipping queue. At that time we process first come first serve basis. Date of purchase and day of processing should not necessarily be factored in projected arrival times. ( We do our best to get these packages out ASAP, a one day processing time should be expected )

Handling of lost or damaged packages: If your package arrives damaged and the contents are effected please contact us at your earliest convenience about the issue.
