XS-025 EDUARD 1/72 P-38J LIGHTNING EXPRESS MASK SET

Eduard XS025 is a 1:72 scale Express Mask produced by Eduard Model Accessories, primarily designed for the Italeri Lockheed P-38J Lightning plastic model kit. Originally released in 1999, it includes self-adhesive, pre-cut die-cut masks to protect transparent cockpit canopies and wheel hubs while painting.

While it was manufactured as a direct fit for the 1:72 Italeri kit, modelers have also found success using it on reboxed or similar tooling versions from brands like Dragon, DML, and Hobby 2000. Because it is a vintage product from 1999, it has been officially discontinued by the manufacturer, but you can occasionally find them on secondary marketplaces or specialty modeling sites.
